We collect only the data needed to answer your enquiry and organise your booking:

• Contact details — your name, telephone number and email address when you message us on WhatsApp or by email.
• Booking details — dates, group size, and the villa, yacht or services you ask about.
• Identification — where Spanish tourism or maritime regulations require it, we may ask for a valid ID or passport before arrival.
• Flight request details — if you ask us about business-class fares, the route, dates and number of travellers you send us. We never ask for passport or payment details through the flight request form.

We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not build marketing profiles.

We use your data to:

• answer your enquiries and provide quotes;
• confirm, manage and deliver your bookings;
• share the necessary details with the owners, operators and captains who provide your villa or charter, only to the extent needed to fulfil the booking;
• meet legal obligations, such as guest registration requirements under Spanish law.

The legal basis for this processing is the performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and compliance with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR). Where we occasionally send you something beyond your booking, we rely on our legitimate interest in staying in touch with past clients (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), and you can opt out at any time.

We share your data only with:

• the suppliers who deliver your booking (villa owners, yacht operators, captains and crew), limited to what they need to provide the service;
• service providers that help us operate, such as our messaging and email tools, under appropriate data processing agreements;
• authorities where the law requires it, such as guest registration with Spanish tourism or maritime authorities.

We never sell your personal data, and we never disclose it to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Most of our communication happens over WhatsApp. When you message us, your messages are processed by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) under its own privacy policy and terms, in addition to ours. Please avoid sending sensitive documents such as passport scans through WhatsApp unless we specifically ask you to.

We keep enquiry and booking data for as long as needed to manage your stay and to meet our legal and tax obligations under Spanish law (generally up to six years for booking and invoicing records). Enquiry threads that never become a booking are deleted within 24 months.

Under the GDPR and the Spanish LOPDGDD you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• rectify inaccurate or incomplete data;
• request erasure of your data where there is no legal reason for us to keep it;
• restrict or object to certain processing;
• data portability — receive your data in a structured, commonly used format;
• withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@extra.travel. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Access to booking data is limited to the people who need it to organise your stay.

We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page is the one in force; material changes will be highlighted on this page before they take effect.
